Need a car in the Glarus region, but not the opening hours that usually come with it? Then you've come to the right place. You book online and pick up the key in Netstal whenever it suits you.

Where are you, anyway?

In Netstal, on Molliserstrasse. From Netstal station it's a 6-minute walk. From Zurich main station, the train gets you here in 58 minutes, no change needed.

From Glarus, Näfels or Mollis you're here in a few minutes. By bike, too.

How does it work?

1. On thehireguys.ch, pick your dates, choose a car and pay.
2. Your key code arrives right after booking, by email and in your profile.
3. On pickup day, the car is ready around the clock. Enter the code, take the key, drive off.
4. On return day, bring it back by 11:59 pm and drop the key in the return box.

That's it. No forms at the desk, no "my colleague will be right with you".

Why is there no counter?

Because nobody likes standing in line. At the big rental companies, you wait until someone has time and sign papers you don't read. We simply left the counter out.

The car is ready when you arrive. Even if that's at half past five in the morning.

What's included in the price?

Servicing, motorway vignette, vehicle tax and insurance. There's no mileage limit. You're insured in almost all of Europe, and if you break down, you can reach the insurer around the clock.

You'll have to fill up yourself. Sorry, we can't take that on too.

How long can I rent?

From 10 days, with no upper limit. If you need the car longer, extend it directly in your profile, as long as it's available. And the longer you rent, the cheaper each day gets. Here's how long-term rental works.

And if I don't want to come to Netstal?

Then we come to you. We deliver the car anywhere in German-speaking Switzerland for CHF 190 and pick it up at the end for CHF 190. You can book one without the other. To Zurich Airport and back costs CHF 390. Just add it when you book.

Which cars do you have?
